CLEANING UP BATMAN #181 ! WHAM !    

Here's a good example of what a nice kneaded eraser and a gentle touch can do for a book that is just caked with dirt and grime.

   Especially the back cover ! It was filthy people ... the key is to go easy and work your eraser to the edge not along it. It's very easy to tear a book by the edges and spine if your are not careful.

   Now this issue has yet to be pressed so you'll see some imperfections remain and it could use a nice even flattening. But as far as cleaning it up maybe a .5 jump in grade alone for just that lil bit of work. Not bad for a $2 Eraser huh ... give it a try on your lower end books first, and as always if you have any questions go ahead and ask !

Unbeatable Squirrel Girl #1 !

   Wow I never thought id say it. I LOVED THIS FIRST ISSUE. its fresh , funny and appeals to a wide range of collectors and readers. It has the +Robert E. Waring seal of approval ! from www.blowoutcards.com What else do you need folks ? I'm telling you its well worth the $4 bucks to try it out. And its getting great reviews from everywhere. Best part of it was my non-comic loving wife even liked it !

Dry Cleaning Example New Teen Titans #44

Here's a great example of a small dry cleaning project I had today. First off I'd like to thank Tony for letting me service his great books.

This New Teen Titans 44 had some black scuffs/marks above Deathstroke's  head. What it was exactly I wasn't sure but I was able to dry clean them off. Some marks that are on the surface of a book come off very easy , while  others are into the paper won't come off with any dry cleaning.

The Spider - Gwen series is the next Harley Quinn  ...  popular with females. Jump on board now with this silver age key book. I see nothing but steady gains with this silver age gem.

Thor #146 - 149 

WHY ? 

• Origin of the Inhumans 

This is a long range play as there are other Inhuman books to get and these don't have a huge upside but i think some gains can be made. When 1st appearances get outta reach people tend to shoot for lower priced alternatives. I like this book as a cheap option, Fantastic four 36,45,46 are all getting to sick levels in all grades when these all can be had for under $15 very easily.
